Why don’t all items on your website have the same availability?
Some products are already in stock, while others need to be ordered from various manufacturers. The availability status informs you whether or not the item is in stock.
How can I track my delivery?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive email confirmation for each order.
What is the cut-off time to receive my order the next day?
If items are in stock, in most cases next-day delivery is possible if you place your order before 3pm.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by a designated and registered carrier
Do you deliver internationally?
Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Do you ever split deliveries?
Yes, we have several warehouses, so you may receive a partial delivery. If this is the case, it will be shown on the delivery note, and there will be no additional cost to you of course.
