JETT MEDICAL IIInnovative Healthcare Paradigms
Our DC-powered technology ensures every treatment is precise, stable, and safe. Perfect for delicate skin and eye areas, it delivers professional results you can trust.
DC Current: precision & stability
The Jett Plasma uses direct current (DC), a unique and patented technology that provides more stable and precise energy than alternating current (AC). This precision makes it ideal for delicate procedures such as non-surgical blepharoplasty, treatment of dry eye/MGD/blepharitis, skin tightening, and emoval of small benign skin lesions.
Reduced recovery time
With DC technology, patients benefit from reduced recovery time.
Less risk of scarring
AC-powered devices are inherently less predictable and less precise, increasing the risk of complications.
More natural-looking results
Consistent energy for optimal reproducibility.
Ergonomics
Lightweight and ergonomic design, easy to handle.
Lightweight
Natural grip for minimal fatigue
Precise control
Interchangeable tips for each indication
Touchscreen
Intuitive interface with preset programs
One device, two types of treatment
Plasma
Plasma is a small electrical arc created between the device tip and the skin, without direct contact. It produces a controlled micro-vaporization of the epidermis.
- Immediate skin contraction (tightening effect)
- Collagen stimulation
- Smoother texture and reduction of fine lines
- The ability to remove benign skin lesions
Electroporation
Electroporation delivers short electrical impulses into the cells, temporarily opening their membranes. The cell membranes close naturally afterward — hence the term "reversible."
- Enhanced penetration of active ingredients (hyaluronic acid, vitamins, etc.)
- Deeper cellular stimulation
- Improved tissue hydration and regeneration

Plasma treatment & Electroporation
Air Ionization
The Jett Medical II creates an electrical potential difference that ionizes the air between the tip of the device and the skin.
Formation of a Plasma Arc
This ionization generates a precise micro-plasma arc that discharges onto the surface of the skin.
Controlled Superficial Sublimation
The plasma arc causes controlled sublimation of the superficial epidermal layers, without bleeding or incision.
Tissue Contraction
This process results in immediate tissue tightening. The micro-thermal lesions induced by the plasma arc stimulate the skin's natural healing process.
Regeneration Stimulation
The treated area initiates a natural healing response and new collagen and elastin fibre production, gradually improving skin firmness and texture.
Controlled Electrical Pulses
The Jett Medical II delivers high-frequency, painless electrical pulses to the skin.
Temporary Opening of Cell Membranes
These pulses create temporary micro-channels in the cell membranes.
Increased Cell Permeability
The cells become permeable, allowing active molecules to pass through more easily.
Deep Delivery of Active Ingredients
Topical ingredients applied to the skin are transported deeply and uniformly into the dermal layers.
Natural Cell Closure
Within milliseconds, the cell membranes close again, trapping the active ingredients inside to enhance their effectiveness.

Frequently asked questions
Reversible electroporation is not painful. You may feel a slight tingling sensation and sometimes a temporary metallic taste in your mouth during the application. These effects are mild, harmless, and disappear quickly after the session.
For plasma treatment, an anesthetic cream is often sufficient to prevent any pain. In cases of deeper emoval, a small injection of anesthetic may be administered. With the cream alone, the sensation is generally one of tingling or localized warmth.
With reversible electroporation, patients notice that their skin or mucous membranes are more supple, less red, less dry, and show lasting improvement, lasting from six months to a year depending on the case and type of condition. A maintenance session is recommended every 6 months.
Plasma treatments firm, cleanse, and regenerate tissue, with visible results sometimes apparent after just one session. The after-effects are minor: slight redness and fine flaking, with no deep scarring. As a general rule, a single session is sufficient. For certain areas, such as the eyelids, a second session may be considered over time.
The Jett technology offers much greater versatility compared to Radio Frequency (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) because it combines complex actions, particularly for direct applications of pulsed direct current.
RF and IPL mainly rely on heat emission and gland expression to treat Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), stimulate collagen, and heat the Meibomian glands, Jett goes further. It also affects several other aspects of the ocular surface, influencing various mechanisms that contribute to dry eye and inflammatory conditions.
Jett technology directly stimulates the goblet cells responsible for mucin production, reducing excessive evaporation and contributing to better lubrication of the eye. It also supports the proper function of the orbicularis muscle to improve blink efficiency, which is essential for the even distribution of tears. By acting on the laxity of the lower eyelids and the Riolan muscle, it optimizes eyelid closure and tear distribution, thus reducing dryness.
Furthermore, with its new protocols, Jett stimulates the accessory lacrimal glands of Krause and Wolfring, which are responsible for producing the aqueous component of the tear film, promoting optimal aqueous secretion. It also strengthens local conjunctival immunity, an essential system for protecting the ocular surface. Finally, it acts on cell regeneration, improves meibum quality, and creates an astringent effect that enhances the function of the Meibomian glands. These combined mechanisms allow for a comprehensive, non-invasive management of dry eye and inflammation control.
